With an open mind, a trusting heart, and a willingness to walk the path, one step at a time, we can not only create a better world for ourselves, we can create a better world for all living beings that we share this planet with.

It starts with caring. Caring for ourselves, but equally important, caring for others as much as ourselves. Sounds tough - it is and it isn't. But before we get too far down that road, let me ask you if the life your are now living  is easy? Would it be easier if you felt that you were making a positive difference for the generations coming behind you?
