Coaching is good for people who know what they want and believe they can get it. It's for people who appreciate knowing that there is someone who wants them to win as much as they do, even more sometimes. Coaching is like hiring a cheerleading squad and a favorite teacher all in one. A coach offers inspiration and encouragement by supporting you to see and discover for yourself the many different options that are available to you and helps you strategize within the reality of your situation. By setting attainable goals and achieving them, self esteem is bolstered and accumulates naturally. This is the primary objective of Life Coaching here at What A Relief! My coaching services are taylored to the individual and are based on integrating the inner, intuitive and the outer, cursory worlds within us. We have our intellect, our hearts, our bodies and our souls to work with and draw on for guidance and strength. I believe that these worlds are in constant communion within us and developing a harmonious relationship within ourselves is key to a meaningful and prosperous life. Working from this paradigm my services offer you a safe place to explore these worlds within you.
